多功能石墨烯熔喷空气过滤芯的制备与表征

Preparation and characterization of multifunctional graphene melt-blown air filter cores

摘要 本研究以聚丙烯(PP)和石墨烯母粒为原料,基于熔喷和插层技术,制备了PP熔喷布1#试样、双组分过滤棉2#试样及石墨烯熔喷布3#试样,并进一步制备了空气过滤芯。系统表征了PP熔喷布、双组分过滤棉及石墨烯熔喷布的拉曼光谱[确认2#试样含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、3#试样含石墨烯]与热稳定性(3#试样初始热分解温度显著高于1#试样),并基于3类滤材的性能数据优化过滤效率、抗菌、抗病毒及甲醛去除率等多种核心功能指标,成功开发出兼具优异抗病毒、抗菌活性与高效除甲醛能力的高性能空气过滤芯。该滤芯可应用于室内空气净化、车内空气净化及工业过滤等领域,为有效应对复合空气污染挑战提供了技术方案。 In this study,polypropylene(PP)and graphene masterbatch were used as raw materials to prepare PP melt-blown nonwoven fabric 1#sample,bicomponent filter cotton 2#sample,and graphene melt-blown nonwoven fabric 3#sample based on melt-blown and intercalation technologies,and air filter cores were further fabricated.The Raman spectra of PP melt-blown nonwoven fabric,bicomponent filter cotton,and graphene melt-blown nonwoven fabric were systematically characterized[confirming that 2#sample contained polyethylene terephthalate(PET)and 3#sample contained graphene],and their thermal stability was also analyzed(which showed that the initial thermal decomposition temperature of 3#sample was significantly higher than that of 1#sample).Based on the performance data of the three types of substrates,various core functional indicators including filtration efficiency,antibacterial activity,antiviral activity,and formaldehyde removal rate were optimized,and a high-performance air filter core with excellent antiviral and antibacterial activities as well as efficient formaldehyde removal capability was successfully developed,which could be applied in fields such as indoor air purification,in-vehicle air purification,and industrial filtration,providing a technical solution for effectively addressing the challenge of complex air pollution.
