摘要
由于森林火灾固定识别规则阈值固定在最小范围,多着火点干扰下的火灾位置无法被准确识别,且识别域较窄,难以确认不同阶段的火灾蔓延速度以及范围,对此,本研究提出基于改进你只需看一次第7版(YOLOv7)模型的森林火灾隐患广域识别方法。应用雾线Haze-Line去雾算法,分析森林火灾场景中的烟雾分布情况,恢复出森林火灾场景细节,得到清晰的烟雾广域扩散图像,将挤压与激励(SE)注意力机制嵌入YOLOv7模型主干网络,增强烟雾广域扩散图像中的原始火灾特征图表征结果,精准定位烟雾中火焰中心点,降低多着火点干扰程度。将改进后的火灾特征图输入到改进后的YOLOv7模型中,通过锚框、跟踪和识别该火焰目标中心点,扩大识别域,得到火灾蔓延速度以及范围信息,完成森林火灾隐患广域识别。实验结果表明,该方法可以有效得到火焰的颜色、形状、烟雾的扩散形态等,定位到部分微小火焰目标中心点,有效实现对火灾初中后期、火灾蔓延速度以及范围的精确识别。
Due to the fixed threshold of forest fire identification rules,which is set within a narrow range,fire locations can⁃not be accurately identified under the interference of multiple ignition points.Additionally,the identification domain is limited,which makes it difficult to confirm the spread speed and range of fires at different stages.To address these issues,this paper proposed a wide-range identification method for forest fire hazards based on an improved you only look once version 7(YOLOv7)model.By applying the haze-line dehazing algorithm,this study analyzed the smoke distribution in forest fire scenes,restored the details of forest fire scenes,and generated a clear image of smoke wide-range diffusion.The squeezeand-excitation(SE)attention mechanism is integrated into the backbone network of the YOLOv7 model to enhance the repre⁃sentation of fire characteristics in the smoke wide-range diffusion images,allowing precise localization of the flame center point in the smoke and reducing interference from multiple ignition points.The improved fire feature map was then input into the enhanced YOLOv7 model.Using anchor boxes,the flame target center was tracked and recognized,expanding the identi⁃fication domain to obtain information on the fire′s spread speed and range,thereby completing the wide-range identification of forest fire hazards.The experimental results show that this method can effectively capture fire color,shape,and smoke diffusion patterns,accurately locate the center points of some small flame targets,and effectively achieve precise identification of the early,middle,and late stages of a fire,as well as the fire spread speed and its range.
