摘要
研究聚焦于14 mm厚Q960E钢板,采用激光-电弧复合焊接技术,系统探讨了关键工艺参数,包括激光功率、送丝速度、离焦量及光丝间距对焊缝背面成形质量的作用机理。结果表明:在激光功率为11 kW、焊接速度1.2 m/min、送丝速度7 m/min、离焦量0 mm及光丝间距2 mm时可显著提升焊缝背面成形均匀性与饱满度;焊缝X射线探伤可以达到I级合格;接头力学性能均符合相关标准要求。
This study focuses on 14 mm thick Q960E steel plates,employing laser-arc hybrid welding technology to systematically investigate the influence mechanisms of key process parameters—including laser power,wire feed speed,defocusing amount,and laser-to-arc distance(D LS)—on the quality of weld backside formation.The results demonstrate that a significant enhancement in the uniformity and fullness of the backside weld formation is achieved under the optimized parameters:laser power of 11 kW,welding speed of 1.2 m/min,wire feed speed of 7 m/min,defocusing amount of 0 mm,and laser-to-arc distance of 2 mm.Furthermore,X-ray inspection confirmed the weld quality meets the Class I qualification standard.The mechanical properties of the welded joint fully comply with the requirements of the relevant standards.
