复杂环境下椭圆形框剪楼房定向爆破技术

Directional blasting technology for elliptical frame-shear structure buildings in complex environment

摘要 为确保市区椭圆形截面框剪楼房的顺利拆除,在充分熟悉楼房结构特征、受力特点及工程环境的基础上,确定了采用底部三层(14.17m)开设三角形爆破切口、楔形半秒孔内延时的定向倒塌爆破方案,进而对预处理及爆破参数进行了精细化设计;实施过程中采取了预处理割断爆破立柱环向钢筋、水钻钻设爆破孔及选用锚固剂作为填塞材料等工艺措施,同时设置了近体防护、远体防护、挖设减震沟等安全技术措施。爆破效果表明:拆除爆破达到了预期效果,楼体倒塌充分,满足安全要求。通过预处理割断爆破立柱环向钢筋,确保了立柱爆破充分破碎;通过水钻钻设爆破孔,避免了钢筋对钻孔位置的影响,孔网参数可严格按设计参数布置;通过采用锚固剂作为填塞材料,在提高爆破质量的同时大大节约填塞时间。该工艺将有力促进城市建(构)筑物拆除爆破工艺向精细化发展。 To ensure the smooth demolition of the elliptical cross-section frame-shear buildings in the urban area,On the basis of fully understanding the structural characteristics,stress characteristics,and engineering environment of the building,a directional collapse blasting plan was determined to use a triangular blasting incision on the bottom three floors(14.17 m)and a wedge-shaped half second hole delay.Furthermore,refined design was carried out for pre-processing and blasting parameters;During the implementation process,process measures were taken such as pre-treatment to cut off the circumferential steel bars of the blasting columns,drilling blasting holes with water drills,and using anchoring agents as filling materials.At the same time,safety technical measures such as near body protection,far body protection,and excavation of shock-absorbing trenches were also set up.The blasting effect showed that the demolition blasting achieved the expected effect,and the building collapsed fully,meeting safety requirements.By pre-processing and cutting the circumferential steel bars of the blasting column,it is ensured that the column is fully broken during blasting;By using a water drill to drill blasting holes,the influence of steel bars on the drilling position is avoided,and the hole network parameters can be strictly arranged according to the design parameters;By using anchoring agents as filling materials,the blasting quality is improved while greatly saving filling time.This technology will effectively promote the development of refined blasting demolition technology for urban buildings(structures).
