摘要
某公司锅炉给水泵在运行过程中,其关键部件(如轴、密封环、平衡装置、导叶及导叶套)长期承受高压水流冲刷与汽蚀作用,造成严重腐蚀和损坏,导致泵的整体使用寿命缩短至约6个月。经分析,主要原因为高压介质对内部结构的持续性冲刷及汽蚀效应。通过实施材质升级与结构优化方面的技术改造,有效提升了泵的抗冲刷及抗汽蚀性能。改造后,泵的使用寿命显著延长至18个月以上,且流量与扬程均稳定达到设计指标。
During operation,the key components(such as shafts,sealing rings,balance devices,guide vanes,and guide vane sleeves)of a company’s boiler feed pump are subjected to prolonged high-pressure water flow erosion and cavitation effects,resulting in severe corrosion and damage,which shortened the pump’s service life to approximately 6 months.Analysis revealed that the primary causes are the continuous erosion of the internal structure by high-pressure media and cavitation effects.Through technical modifications involving material upgrades and structural optimizations,the pump’s resistance to erosion and cavitation is effectively enhanced.After the modifications,the pump’s service life significantly increases to over 18 months,with both flow rate and head consistently meeting design specifications.
