摘要
本文以定向培养军士的管理教育为研究对象,系统探讨“五同”工作法(即同生活、同学习、同娱乐、同劳动、同锻炼)在其过程中的作用机制。通过分析定向培养军士群体特点及其教育管理中的现实需求,阐释了“五同”工作法在强化定向培养军士身份认同、综合能力素质、增强集体凝聚力方面的重要意义,并结合实际案例提出了若干实施策略,以期为提高定向培养军士管理教育工作的科学性和实效性提供理论依据和实践借鉴。深入探究该工作法在定向培养军士管理教育中的功能与实现机制,对优化培养模式、强化教育成效、提升综合适应能力具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。
This paper takes the management and education of directionally trained military sergeants as the research object and systematically explores the mechanism of action of the“Five Togethers”work approach(namely,living together,studying together,enjoying entertainment together,working together,and exercising together)in this process.By analyzing the characteristics of the directionally trained military sergeant group and the practical needs in their education and management,the paper elucidates the significance of the“Five Togethers”work approach in strengthening the identity recognition,comprehensive ability and quality of directionally trained military sergeants,as well as enhancing collective cohesion.Furthermore,it proposes several implementation strategies with real-world cases,aiming to provide theoretical foundations and practical references for improving the scientificity and effectiveness of the management and education of directionally trained military sergeants.Delving into the functions and realization mechanisms of this work approach in the management and education of directionally trained military sergeants holds significant theoretical value and practical implications for optimizing training models,enhancing educational outcomes,and improving comprehensive adaptability.
