摘要
随着社会经济和科技的发展,传统的艺术设计专业培养模式在应对行业快速变化的需求时逐渐显露不足。因此,探索构建艺术设计专业学位应用型人才培养模式具有重要意义,符合新时代的要求。从当前艺术设计行业的需求出发,结合高等教育人才培养的实际情况,分析艺术设计专业的学科特点及问题。总结部分高校在应用型人才培养方面的成功案例,探讨实践教学、产学研合作、项目驱动、跨学科融合等方法在培养过程中的应用,提出培养计划要围绕三方面展开,即“创新能力、实践能力和理论素养”。以创新思维为驱动,深化产教融合的培养模式能为艺术设计专业人才的培养提供理论依据和实践指导,推动艺术设计教育与行业发展的深度融合,为社会培养更多符合需求的高素质应用型人才。
With the development of the social economy and science and technology,the traditional training model for art and design majors has gradually proved inadequate in responding to the rapidly changing needs of the industry.Therefore,exploring and constructing a training model for application-oriented professional degree talents in art and design is of great significance and in line with the requirements of the new era.Starting from the current demands of the art and design industry and combining them with the realities of talent cultivation in higher education,this paper analyzes the disciplinary characteristics and existing problems of art and design programs.It summarizes successful cases of application-oriented talent cultivation in some universities,and discusses the application of practical teaching,industry–university–research collaboration,project-driven learning and interdisciplinary integration in the training process.On this basis,it proposes that training schemes should focus on three dimensions:innovative capability,practical ability and theoretical literacy.Taking innovative thinking as the driving force and deepening the training model of industryeducation integration can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for talent cultivation in art and design,promote the deep integration of art and design education with industry development,and help cultivate more high-quality application-oriented talents that meet societal needs.
