摘要
目的探讨聚焦解决模式心理护理在中老年冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(Percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)患者中的运用效果。方法用数字表法对2023年2月~2024年8月96例冠心病PCI患者进行随机分组,对照组46例采用常规心理护理,观察组50例采用聚焦解决模式心理护理。比较护理前后医院焦虑抑郁量表、匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)、创伤后成长量表(Post-traumatic growth inventory,PTGI)、心理弹性量表(Connor-davisson resilience scale,CD-RISC)评分。结果护理后两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分、睡眠指数评分均明显下降,但观察组护理后3项量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组患者PTGI评分、CD-RISC评分均明显上升,但观察组护理后2项量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中老年冠心病PCI患者运用聚焦解决模式心理护理能够减轻负性情绪,改善睡眠质量,并提升创伤后成长以及心理弹性水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of focused solution model psychological care in elderly patients with coronary artery disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 96 cases of coronary heart disease PCI patients in from February 2023 to August 2024 were randomly grouped using the numerical table method,46 cases in the control group used conventional psychological care,and 50 cases in the observation group used the Focused Solution Model of psychological care.The hospital anxiety and depression scale,Pittsburgh sleep index,post-traumatic growth inventory(PTGI),and Connor-davisson resilience scale(CD-RISC)were compared before and after care.Results Anxiety,depression scores,and sleep index of patients in both groups decreased significantly after nursing,but the scores of 3 scales after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).PTGI scores and CD-RISC scores of patients in both groups increased significantly after nursing,but the scores of the 2 scales after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with coronary heart disease PCI were able to reduce negative emotions,improve sleep quality,and enhance post-traumatic growth as well as levels of psychological resilience using the focused solution model of psychological care.
