摘要
案例研讨教学模式能通过引入真实的气象案例或仿真模拟情境,使学员在分析问题、制定方案的过程中,结合气象学理论与实践,深化对复杂气象现象的理解,提升处理实际问题的能力。在气象培训中,可从开发灾害案例、加强案例集建设、灵活组织教学过程、构建多元评价体系、完善管理制度等方面实施案例研讨教学模式,以增强学员的实践技能,促进其对气象业务的综合把握,为未来科研与业务实践打下坚实基础。
The case study teaching mode can deepen students'understanding of complex meteorological phenomena and enhance their ability to handle practical problems by introducing real meteorological cases or simulation scenarios,combining meteorological theory and practice in the process of analyzing problems and formulating plans.In meteorological training,the case study teaching mode can be implemented from the aspects of developing disaster cases,strengthening case collection construction,flexibly organizing teaching processes,building a diversified evaluation system,and improving management systems to enhance students'practical skills,promote their comprehensive grasp of meteorological business,and lay a solid foundation for future scientific research and business practice.
