低频振动辅助钢筋切割机及特性研究

摘要 为了解决如何在安全高效的条件下使用砂轮片磨削切断贯入人体的钢筋的问题,以低频振动理论为基础,针对钢筋切割机的夹持装置开发一种新型的激振结构,运用拉格朗日方程建立了水平及其转动方向振动的数学模型,采用MATLAB软件求解微分方程,作出幅频特性曲线和时间-响应曲线,通过对曲线的研究,得出装置磨削钢筋的过程中砂轮片磨削点的运动轨迹。通过分析装置的磨削过程,得出引入低频振动后在运动轨迹,振幅以及开槽宽度方面会提高砂轮片磨削钢筋的效率。使用LMS数据采集系统对装置进行测量与分析,得到装置的动力学特性。将数值计算和实验结果进行对比,可以看出实验数值与理论计算曲线具有很好的相合性,对比结果有较高的可信性。同时通过切削对比试验,观察不同水平方向振幅下砂轮片切割钢筋的槽宽以及磨削时的功耗和比磨削能的变化,可以得出在砂轮片磨削钢筋的过程中施加合适的低频振动可以有效的提高装置的振幅和开槽宽度,降低砂轮片在磨削过程中消耗的功率以及装置磨削时的比磨削能,提高磨削效率,为进一步开发改进小型钢筋切割装置提供了有效的理论、仿真模型以及参数依据。 In order to solve the problem of how to use the grinding wheel to grind and cut the steel bar penetrating the human body un-der safe and efficient conditions,based on the low-frequency vibration theory,a new type of excitation structure was developed for the clamping device of the steel bar cutting machine,and the use of Lager The Lange equation establishes a mathematical model of the horizontal and its rotational direction vibration,uses MATLAB software to solve the differential equations,and draws the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve and the time-response curve.Through the study of the curve,it is concluded that the grinding wheel is in the process of grinding the steel bar.The trajectory of the grinding point.Through the analysis of the grinding process of the device,it is concluded that the introduction of low-frequency vibration will improve the efficiency of the grinding wheel in grinding steel bars in terms of motion trajectory,amplitude and slot width.Use the LMS data acquisition system to measure and analyze the device to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the device.Comparing the numerical calculation and the experimental results,it can be seen that the ex-perimental values and the theoretical calculation curves are in good agreement,and the comparison results have high credibility.At the same time,through the cutting comparison test,observe the groove width of the cutting steel bar of the grinding wheel under differ-ent horizontal amplitudes,as well as the changes in the power consumption and specific grinding energy during grinding.Vibration can effectively increase the amplitude and slot width of the device,reduce the power consumed by the grinding wheel during the grind-ing process and the specific grinding energy of the device during grinding,improve the grinding efficiency,and provide for the further development and improvement of the small steel cutting device.Effective theory,simulation model and parameter basis.
