摘要
为提高有限元模型修正中代理模型的精度,对组合代理模型的构建方法进行研究,提出一种基于遗传算法优化的权重系数求解方法,以组合代理模型R2值为优化目标,对各单一模型权重系数优化求解。首先,依据DOE样本对参数进行灵敏度分析,筛选出对各个响应影响较大的参数作为待修正参数;其次,拟合各响应关于参数的代理模型,使用所提方法计算权重系数,构建组合代理模型;最后,结合工程实际中水工弧形闸门静动力实测结果,使用组合代理模型对闸门有限元模型进行修正。结果表明:修正后有限元模型与闸门结构前4阶频率误差分别降低4.36、3.70、3.65、0.19%,测点应力修正值与实测值之间的余弦相似度提高至0.9901。其组合代理模型相较于单一代理模型,精度均有不同程度提高,能够为实际工程提供可靠的理论依据和参考价值。
In order to improve the accuracy of the agent model in the finite element model updating,the construction method of the combined agent model was studied,and a weight coefficient solving method based on genetic algorithm optimization was pro-posed.The R2 value of the combined agent model was taken as the optimization objective to optimize the weight coefficient of each single model.First of all,sensitivity analysis of parameters was carried out based on DOE samples,and parameters with greater influence on each response were selected as parameters to be modified.Secondly,the proxy models of each response were fitted with the parameters,and the weight coefficients were calculated using the proposed method to build a composite proxy model.Finally,combined with the static and dynamic measurement results of hydraulic arch gate in engineering practice,the finite element mod-el of the gate is updated by using the combined agent model.The results show that the first four order frequency errors of the finite element model and the gate structure are reduced by 4.36,3.70,3.65 and 0.19%,respectively,and the cosine similarity between the modified stress value of the measured point and the measured value is increased to 0.9901.Compared with the single agent model,the precision of the combined agent model is improved in different degrees,which can provide reliable theoretical basis and reference value for practical engineering.
