摘要
半导体材料课程在微电子类专业学生知识体系构建、工程实践能力培养及创新意识塑造中具有重要作用,但在新工科背景下面临着新的教学挑战与改革需求。文章立足于服务微电子人才培养目标,深入分析当前课程教学中存在的主要问题,提出以“理论为基础、能力为导向、项目为驱动、产教融合为支撑”的教学改革思路。通过课程内容体系重构、教学方法创新、虚拟仿真实践平台建设及多元化考核机制改革等多维举措,推动课程与产业需求对接,全面提升学生的知识整合能力、实践创新能力及综合素质。
The semiconductor materials course plays an important role in building the knowledge system,cultivating engineering practical abilities,and shaping innovative consciousness of students majoring in microelectronics.However,it faces new teaching challenges and reform needs in the context of new engineering disciplines.The article is based on the goal of cultivating talents in the field of microelectronics,and deeply analyzes the main problems in current curriculum teaching.It proposes a teaching reform approach based on"theory as the foundation,ability oriented,project driven,and industry education integration as the support".Through multidimensional measures such as restructuring the course content system,innovating teaching methods,constructing virtual simulation practice platforms,and reforming diversified assessment mechanisms,we aim to promote the integration of courses with industry demands,comprehensively enhance students'knowledge integration ability,practical innovation ability,and overall quality.
