摘要
分析国内外食品接触材料标签标识管理要求和现状,提出优化建议。运用文献分析和数据统计方法,梳理主要国家和地区法规标准体系。我国食品接触材料标签标识不合格主要表现为材质名称标注不规范、生产日期标识缺失和执行标准引用错误。建议通过完善标准体系、加强培训、推进智能化管理和国际合作,构建高效的标签标识管理体系。
Analyze the management requirements and current situation of food contact material labels and markings at home and abroad,and put forward optimization suggestions.By using literature analysis and data statistics methods,sort out the regulatory and standard systems of major countries and regions.The main manifestations of the non-compliance of food contact material labels and markings in our country are the non-standard marking of material names,the absence of production date markings,and the incorrect citation of implementation standards.It is suggested that an efficient label and identification management system be established by improving the standard system,strengthening training,promoting intelligent management and international cooperation.
