“以赛促学”赋能高校公共体育篮球课发展的实践困境与纾解路径

Practical Dilemmas and Solutions in Empowering the Development of College Public Physical Education Basketball Courses Through"Learning by Competition"

摘要 “以赛促学”是体育教学实践实现体育教学一体化目标的载体,是培养学生体育参与意识的手段,也是高校体育育人模式的转型方向。对此,基于文献研究与逻辑分析等方法,该研究旨在探讨“以赛促学”模式如何赋能高校公共体育篮球课发展。研究认为,教学实践模式理念滞后于现实要求、课程结构设计缺乏赛学一体化、竞赛教学能力欠缺及竞赛评价体系单一是阻碍其赋能的关键因素。因此,建议以理念更新强化竞赛育人共识、以课程重构深化赛学融合机制、以师资培训提升教师竞赛指导能力、以多元评价促进学生综合发展。 "Learning by competition"serves as a vehicle for achieving the goal of integrated physical education in teaching practice,a means to cultivate students'sports participation consciousness,and the transformative direction for the physical education model in higher education.Based on the methods of literature review and logical analysis,the purpose is to explore how the"learning by competition"mode can empower the development of public sports basketball courses in colleges.The research identifies key obstacles to its empowerment,including outdated teaching practice concepts lagging behind practical demands,a lack of integrated competition-learning in course design,insufficient competition teaching capabilities,and a singular competition evaluation system.Therefore,it proposes recommendations to strengthen the consensus of competition education by concept updating,deepen the integration mechanism of competition and learning by course reconstruction,improve the competition guidance ability of teachers by teacher training,and promote the comprehensive development of students by multiple evaluation.
