摘要
为促进武威地区‘克瑞森无核’葡萄的高效种植与生产,以‘克瑞森无核’葡萄品种为试验材料,研究5种不同组合的生长调节剂对‘克瑞森无核’葡萄产量及内在品质的影响,并筛选适合‘克瑞森无核’使用的植物生长调节剂组合配方。结果表明,在喷施0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔与圭百配处理后,能显著增加葡萄叶片叶绿素含量,SPAD值较对照最高提高了10.94%。在果实外观形态指标方面,0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔与圭百配的联合处理能够显著优化葡萄的果形指数,但对单粒质量的影响并不显著。在果实内在品质方面,尽管0.01%24-表芸苔素内酯可溶液剂与圭百配处理后,可显著降低葡萄果实中的单宁含量,较对照降低了33.33%,但0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔与圭百配处理在提升葡萄的总糖及维生素C含量,改善糖酸比方面效果明显。此外,0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔与圭百配的联合处理还能显著提高葡萄的产量,较对照增产19.58%。综上,0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔与圭百配处理能够显著提升‘克瑞森无核’葡萄的产量,并优化果实的外观和内在品质,而0.01%24-表芸苔素内酯可溶液剂与圭百配可用于降低单宁,优化葡萄风味。
In order to promote the efficient cultivation and production of‘Crimson Seedless’grape in Wuwei area,‘Crimson Seedless’grape varieties were used as experimental materials,and five different combinations of growth regulators were used to investigate their effects on the yield and internal quality of‘Crimson Seedless’grape,so as to screen out the optimal plant growth regulator combination suitable for‘Crimson Seedless’.The results show that the chlorophyll content of grape leaves was significantly increased by 10.94%compared with the control after spraying 0.136%GA 3·IAA·BR and Guibaipei.Regarding fruit appearance,the combined treatment of 0.136%GA 3·IAA·BR and Guibaipei significantly improved the fruit shape index of grapes,this combination did not significantly affect single-fruit weight.In terms of the intrinsic quality of the fruits,although 0.01%24-epibrassinolide solution and Guibaipei treatment could significantly reduce the tannin content in the grape fruit,which was 33.33%lower than that of the control,0.136%GA 3·IAA·BR and Guibaipei treatment had a significant effect on increasing the total sugar and vitamin C content of the grape and improving the sugar-acid ratio.Additionly,the combined treatment of 0.136%GA 3·IAA·BR and Guibaipei were also able to significantly increase the yield of the grapes,with a 19.58%increase in yield compared to the control.In conclusion,the treatment of 0.136%GA 3·IAA·BR and Guibaipei could significantly increase the yield of‘Crimson Seedless’grape and optimize the appearance and internal quality of the fruits,while the 0.01%24-epibrassinolide solution and Guibaipei could be used to reduce tannin and optimize grape flavor.
