基于自适应Gamma变换的激光图像增强方法

摘要 因激光照射角度、距离以及物体表面反射特性的不同易出现光照不均现象,使部分区域过暗或过亮造成颜色失真,各颜色通道响应失衡,因此,提出基于自适应Gamma变换的激光图像增强方法。采用颜色校正函数调整通道响应比例,修正颜色偏移。使用加权最小二乘滤波技术增强激光图像中纹理细节,融合不同颜色空间的图像反射分量,实现激光图像超分辨率重建。结合Gamma校正曲线和光照分量,对图像展开进行自适应Gamma变换。利用MSRCR算法(MSRCR)提升图像亮度;通过小波重构技术融合增强后的图像,达到激光图像增强的目的。实验研究表明,所提方法的NIQE值均保持在0.1以下,这表明其增强效果更为优越,并且视觉效果也得到明显改善。 Even lighting is prone to occur due to differences in laser irradiation angle,distance,and surface reflection characteristics of objects,resulting in color distortion in some areas that are too dark or too bright.The response of each color channel is unbalanced,therefore,a laser image enhancement method based on adaptive Gamma transform is proposed.Use color correction function to adjust channel response ratio and correct color shift.Using weighted least squares filtering technique to enhance texture details in laser images,integrating image reflection components from different color spaces,and achieving super-resolution reconstruction of laser images.Combining the Gamma correction curve and lighting components,perform adaptive Gamma transformation on the image expansion.Using the MSRCR algorithm(MSRCR)to enhance image brightness;by using wavelet reconstruction technology to fuse and enhance the image,the goal of laser image enhancement is achieved.Experimental studies have shown that the NIQE values of the proposed method remain below 0.1,indicating a superior enhancement effect and significant improvement in visual effects.
