摘要
“绿色中国”对外话语体系是围绕生态文明建设形成的特定话语结构,向世界陈述中国在绿色发展领域的理论构想、政策主张与应用实践,彰显人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化,为提升国家对外形象、引领全球生态治理、推动绿色合作国际共识提供重要支撑。本文厘清“绿色中国”对外话语体系的历史生成和内涵价值,指出其翻译传播过程中面临的多重挑战,并提出相应策略。研究认为,宜采用阐释性翻译方法,形成可通约的译写方案,建设数智赋能数据库,拓展多模态话语表达,多主体协同柔性叙事,提升对外翻译和国际传播效能,为共建地球生命共同体贡献中国智慧。
The“Green China”discourse system has emerged as a distinctive narrative framework shaped by the vision of ecological ci⁃vilization.It conveys China's governance philosophy,policy initiatives,and practical achievements in green development to the world,reflecting a uniquely Chinese path to modernization rooted in the long⁃standing ideal of harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature.This discourse plays a vital role in strengthening China's global presence,showcasing its leadership in eco⁃logical governance,and promoting international cooperation and shared understanding in the pursuit of green transformation.This paper examines the conceptual evolution and significance of the“Green China”discourse,identifies challenges in its translation and dissemination,and proposes strategies for more effective global communication.It argues for a hermeneutic approach to trans⁃lation that enables flexible and contextualized renderings to bridge linguistic,cultural,and epistemic differences.In addition,the study proposes the development of an AI⁃assisted translation database to enhance the consistency and accessibility of multilingual narratives on Chinas green development.It further encourages enriching storytelling through multimodal and cross⁃media approa⁃ches while fostering collaborative communication that engages multiple actors.Together,these efforts aim to strengthen the trans⁃lation and global communication of the“Green China”discourse,expand its global impact,and contribute Chinese perspectives and insights to building a shared future for all life on Earth.
