摘要
“老年人维权”是老年人权益保障的重要内容,涵盖经济领域、社会保障服务领域、社会生活文化领域、健康与医疗保障领域等。在语言学中,“老年人维权”可以被视为一种社会话语实践,是典型的现场即席话语。记录老年人维权现场即席话语活动的音视频文件是“多模态文本”,最大程度地贴真呈现老年人维权活动事实。运用“多模态文本分析框架”,以社会情境、活动类型、任务和花絮、言谈和行为等分析单位对其进行多模态分析,是一种重要的语言学研究路径。作为维权主体的老年人在维权过程中遇到的沟通障碍或低效问题通过多模态文本分析得以描写和揭示,旨在将老年人维权的社会话语实践纳入语言学研究视野,探索有效语言学分析路径,为加强老年人权益保障的适老型维权服务提供参考。
“Rights Protection for the Elderly”is a crucial aspect of safeguarding the rights and interests of the elderly,covering such domains as the economy,social security services,social culture,and health and medical care.In linguistics,“Rights Protection for the Elderly”can be viewed as a form of social discourse practice,representing a typical type of situated discourse.Audio and video recordings of such situated discourse activities serve as“multimodal texts”,which authentically and accurately reflect the realities of elderly rights protection activities.Employing“an analytic scheme of multimodal text”,with social situation,activity type,task and episode,talking,and doing as analytical units,to conduct a multimodal analysis,constitutes an important linguis⁃tic research approach.Through multimodal text analysis,communication barriers or inefficiencies encountered by the elderly as claimants in the rights protection process can be described and revealed.This approach aims to incorporate the social discourse practice of elderly rights protection within the purview of linguistic research,explore effective linguistic analytical methods,and provide references for enhancing age⁃friendly rights protection services that strengthen the safeguarding of the elderly's rights and interests.
