装配式轻质保温板材发展与应用研究综述

摘要 随着我国对绿色环保和低能耗建筑的日益重视,装配式建筑作为一种高效的建设方式逐渐在各地的建筑领域推广。本文全面综述了国内外装配式轻质保温板材的发展与应用现状,详细分析了各类保温板材的性能特点、优势及局限性,并探讨了技术改进的可能性。总结得到:有机保温材料如硬泡聚氨酯和聚苯乙烯具有良好的保温效果,但其防火性和环保性仍需提升;无机保温材料如岩棉板、泡沫玻璃和泡沫陶瓷则以不可燃性和高温稳定性受到青睐。此外,还特别关注了新型复合材料的研发进展以及废弃保温材料的回收利用问题,并提出了未来装配式保温板材发展的关键方向应集中于性能优化、新材料研发、固废循环利用等方面,以期为行业发展提供参考,促进装配式保温板材技术进步与市场推广。 With the increasing emphasis on green and low-energy buildings in our country,prefabricated building as an efficient construction method has gradually become the mainstream.In this paper,the development and application status of prefabricated lightweight thermal insulation board at home and abroad are comprehensively reviewed.The performance characteristics,advantages and limitations of various types of thermal insulation boards are analyzed in detail,and the possibility of technical improvement is discussed.The organic thermal insulation materials such as rigid polyurethane foam and polystyrene have good thermal insulation effect,but their fire resistance and environmental protection still need to be improved Inorganic insulation materials such as rock wool board,glass foam and ceramic foam are non-flammable and high temperature stability favored.In addition,the research and development progress of new composite materials and the recycling of waste thermal insulation materials are particularly concerned,and the key directions for the future development of fabricated thermal insulation plates are put forward,it should focus on performance optimization,new material research and development,solid waste recycling and so on,in order to provide reference for the industry and promote the technological progress and market promotion of assembled thermal insulation plate.
