摘要
青海位于青藏高原东北部,广泛分布着冻土和盐渍土,再加上强风、大温差的气候条件,给桥梁引道及连接路段的路基路面施工带来了诸多难题,路基沉降、路面裂缝等质量问题频发,严重影响交通运行安全与工程寿命。本文针对这些挑战,聚焦施工质量管控,深入剖析了引道路基沉降、边坡滑坡、排水不良及路面不平整、裂缝、早期破损等常见问题的成因与危害。在此基础上,从施工准备、过程控制到验收阶段,系统阐述了质量管理要点,包括运用BIM技术优化设计冲突、智能压实系统提升施工精度、无人机测量保障路基施工质量、温拌沥青技术增强路面耐久性等创新技术手段,以及人员培训、材料设备管理等管理措施。通过东大道一号桥实践案例验证,这些措施能有效提升工程质量,该桥一次验收合格率提升至97%。本研究提出的“地质适配设计+智能过程控制+多元监督闭环”管理体系,可为青海及类似高原地区的交通基础设施建设提供切实可行的技术支撑与管理思路。
Qinghai Province is located in the northeastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,with its special geological features such as widely distributed permafrost and saline soil,as well as climatic conditions of strong winds and large temperature differences,brings many difficulties to the construction of subgrades and pavements for bridge approaches and connecting sections.Quality problems like subgrade settlement and pavement cracks occur frequently,seriously affecting traffic safety and the service life of the project.Focusing on these challenges and construction quality control,this paper deeply analyzes the causes and harms of common problems,including subgrade settlement,slope landslide,poor drainage of approach subgrades,as well as pavement unevenness,cracks and early damage.On this basis,it systematically expounds the key points of quality management from the construction preparation,process control to acceptance stages.These include innovative technical means such as using BIM technology to optimize design conflicts,intelligent compaction systems to improve construction accuracy,UAV surveying to ensure subgrade construction quality,warm mix asphalt technology to enhance pavement durability,as well as management measures like personnel training and material equipment management.Verified by practical cases such as the Dongdadao No.1 Bridge,these measures can effectively improve project quality,with the one-time acceptance pass rate of this bridge increased to 97%.The study finally puts forward a management system of“geologically adaptable design+intelligent process control+multi-dimensional supervision closed-loop”,providing practical technical support and management ideas for the construction of transportation infrastructure in Qinghai and similar plateau areas.
