农村公路混凝土路面典型病害机理与多维度防控技术研究

摘要 针对我国北方地区(以青海为例)农村公路混凝土路面工程质量通病问题,为研究其成因及预防措施,依据青海海东地区工程实践及理论分析,采用现场调查、实验检测与数据分析相结合的方法,研究了裂缝、平整度、表面缺陷等质量通病的分类及成因。研究表明:产生农村公路混凝土路面病害的主要影响因素为模板安装不当、地基处理不彻底、混凝土离析、原材料质量波动。进一步结合北方地区昼夜温差大、冬季低温的气候特点,分析了温度应力对裂缝的影响,提出了原材料控制、施工过程优化、基层处理及环境适应性防控等综合措施,如选用低碱水泥、精确温控振捣、加强冬季保温养护等。实践表明,这些措施能有效提升北方农村公路混凝土路面质量,降低裂缝等病害发生率。 In order to study the causes and preventive measures of common quality problems in rural road concrete pavement engineering in northern China(taking Qinghai as an example),based on engineering practice and theoretical analysis in the Haidong area of Qinghai,a combination of on-site investigation,experimental testing,and data analysis was adopted.The classification and causes of common quality problems such as cracks,flatness,and surface defects were studied,including improper formwork installation,incomplete foundation treatment,concrete segregation,and fluctuations in raw material quality.Combined with the climatic characteristics of large temperature differences between day and night and low temperatures in winter in northern regions,the influence of temperature stress on cracks was analyzed.Comprehensive measures have been proposed for raw material control,construction process optimization,grassroots treatment,and environmental adaptability prevention and control,such as selecting low alkali cement,precise temperature control vibration,and strengthening winter insulation and maintenance.The results indicate that these measures can effectively improve the quality of concrete pavement on rural roads in northern China and reduce the incidence of cracks and other diseases.
