GOOSE冗余通信在储能变流器中的研究与应用

摘要 为了实现新能源储能电站的快速功率调度以及安全通信,储能变流器可采用面向通用对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)冗余通信方式。文章针对冗余通信问题提出了一种“双CPU+FPGA”的GOOSE冗余通信控制方案;为了让储能变流器充分适配不同场景、不同关联厂家的能量管理系统,并适应商业领域储能变流器自身机型的快速迭代,本文提出配置注入、数据自描述接口和硬件抽象层策略,以优化软件复用性;同时,提出媒体访问控制(MAC)地址过滤和流量限制策略,有效缓解了大型储能现场的异常通信负荷问题。测试结果表明,本文所提方案和策略的最快响应时间小于1 ms,可以满足电网快速功率调度的需求。 To achieve rapid power dispatch and secure communication for new energy storage stations,a GOOSE redundant communication approach is typically adopted for power conversion systems(PCS)at these sites.This paper proposes a"dual-CPU+FPGA"GOOSE redundant communication control solution to address redundancy challenges.To ensure full PCS compatibility in energy management systems supplied by various manufacturers for diverse scenarios,and to accommodate rapid iterations of commercial PCS models,this paper introduces software reusability optimization strategies,including configuration injection,selfdescribing data interfaces,and a hardware abstraction layer.Additionally,MAC filtering and traffic shaping strategies are proposed to effectively mitigate abnormal communication loads in large-scale energy storage facilities.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed solution achieves a response time of less than 1 ms,meeting the requirements of rapid power dispatch for grids.
