摘要
农村产业融合“基在农业、惠在农村、利在农民”。文章从需求侧视角出发,利用2013—2023年中国26个省份面板数据,构建双向固定效应模型,系统检验农村产业融合水平对农村居民消费结构升级的影响及机制。结果表明:农村产业融合显著促进了农村居民消费结构升级,并可通过促进农村居民收入增加推动农村居民消费结构升级;同时,农村产业融合水平对农村居民消费结构升级的促进作用在农民流动性较低的中西部地区更强。进一步研究发现,农村居民自建房的投资偏好在其中发挥负向调节作用,削弱了农村产业融合对消费结构升级的促进效应。据此,应培育多元化的农村产业融合主体,强化住房建设与产业发展的协同,完善劳动力技能培训体系,以充分释放农村消费潜力、推动城乡协调发展。
Rural industrial integration is"grounded in agriculture,benefits rural areas,and serves farmers."This article adopts a demand-side perspective,utilizing panel data from 26 Chinese provinces spanning 2013-2023 to construct a two-way fixed effects model.It systematically examines the impact and mechanisms of rural industrial integration levels on upgrading the consumption structure of rural residents.Results indicate that rural industrial integration significantly promotes consumption structure upgrading among rural residents and can drive this upgrading by increasing rural incomes.However,its impact exhibits significant heterogeneity:the level of rural industrial integration exerts a stronger promotional effect on consumption structure upgrading in central and western regions where farmer mobility is lower.Further analysis reveals that rural residents'investment preferences toward self-built housing exert a negative moderating effect,weakening the promotional impact of rural industrial integration on consumption upgrading.Based on these findings,it is recommended to cultivate diversified entities for rural industrial integration,strengthen synergies between housing construction and industrial development,and improve labor skill training systems to fully unleash rural consumption potential and promote coordinated urban-rural development.
