摘要
目的:分析背心式高频振动排痰在呼吸道感染性疾病中的疗效。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年5月吉安市第一人民医院收治的60例慢阻肺急性加重患者以及20例支气管扩张伴感染患者作为研究对象。采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各有30例慢阻肺急性加重患者和10例支气管扩张伴感染患者。其中对照组实施基本治疗,观察组在对照组的基础之上实施背心式高频振动排痰治疗,分析两组患者临床相关数据。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后咳嗽、咳痰评分均低于对照组,6 min步行实验(6 MWT)评分、生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:背心式高频振动排痰治疗在呼吸道感染性疾病中具有一定的疗效,能够有效提高患者的治疗总有效率、运动能力和生活质量,缓解患者的咳嗽、咳痰症状。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of high-frequency vibration vest therapy in respiratory tract infections.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and 20 patients with bronchiectasis complicated by infection admitted to Ji’an First People’s Hospital from December 2022 to May 2023 were selected as study subjects.Patients were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group using a random number table.Each group comprised 30 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD and 10 patients with bronchiectasis complicated by infection.The control group received standard treatment,while the observation group additionally underwent vest-type high-frequency vibration therapy for sputum clearance.Clinical data from both groups were analyzed.Results:The observation group demonstrated a higher overall response rate than the control group.Post-treatment cough and sputum scores were lower than those in the control group,while 6-minute walk test(6 MWT)scores and all quality-of-life dimension scores were higher than the control group,with all differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vest-type high-frequency vibration therapy demonstrates efficacy in respiratory tract infections,effectively improving patients’overall treatment response rates,physical function,and quality of life while alleviating coughing and sputum production symptoms.
