摘要
目的观察升阳益胃汤对于高血压合并腹型肥胖的临床治疗效果。方法选取72例于2023年10月—2024年10月就诊于北京中医药大学东方医院秦皇岛医院/秦皇岛市中医医院确诊为高血压合并腹型肥胖的患者作为此次研究对象,采用随机数表法进行分组,将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组均为36例。对照组给予口服缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗,治疗组在遵循对照组治疗方案的基础上,加用升阳益胃汤进行治疗,2组患者持续治疗8周后,对比分析2组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,治疗组收缩压、舒张压、身体质量指数以及腹围水平分别为(133.92±7.24)mmHg、(85.50±6.56)mmHg、(28.13±0.80)kg/m^(2)、(91.86±6.93)cm,对照组分别为(138.89±8.78)mmHg、(89.67±6.51)mmHg、(29.58±0.77)kg/m^(2)、(100.33±7.16)cm,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中,2组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论升阳益胃汤治疗高血压合并腹型肥胖具有良好的临床疗效,能够有效调节血压,降低BMI,缩减腹围。
Objective To examine the clinical therapeutic effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on hypertension complicated with abdominal obesity.Methods A total of 72 patients diagnosed with hypertension complicated with abdominal obesity who visited Qinhuangdao Hospital,Dongfang Hospital,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine/Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to October 2024 were chosen as the research subjects.Patients were divided into a control group and a treatment group using a randomiezd grouping method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets,while the treatment group was additionally treated with Shengyang Yiwei decoction in addition to what the control group received.After both groups had been continuously treated for 8 weeks,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),body mass index,and waist circumference in the treatment group were(133.92±7.24)mmHg,(85.50±6.56)mmHg,(28.13±0.80)kg/m^(2),and(91.86±6.93)cm,respectively.Those in the control group were(138.89±8.78)mmHg,(89.67±6.51)mmHg,(29.58±0.77)kg/m^(2),and(100.33±7.16)cm,respectively.All indicators in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment process,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in patients of either group.Conclusion Shengyang Yiwei decoction has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of hypertension complicated with abdominal obesity.It can effectively regulate blood pressure,reduce BMI,and decrease waist circumference.
