摘要
目的探讨噪声作业工人职业性噪声聋的影响因素。方法采用判断抽样法,选取2021年1月—2023年12月进行职业健康检查的1000名扬州市江都区噪声作业工人为研究对象,收集其职业健康检查资料,分析职业性噪声聋发病情况及影响因素。结果不同年龄、工龄、企业规模、企业经济类型、企业行业类型及是否有听力障碍家族史、高血压、糖尿病的噪声作业工人职业性噪声聋发病率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、工龄、听力障碍家族史、企业行业类型、企业经济类型、企业规模、高血压、糖尿病为发生职业性噪声聋的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、工龄、听力障碍家族史、企业行业类型、企业经济类型、企业规模、高血压、糖尿病为发生职业性噪声聋的独立危险因素。为了有效预防职业性噪声聋,必须针对这些诱发因素制订科学且系统的管理策略。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of occupational noise-induced deafness in noise-exposed workers.Methods Using judgment sampling,a total of 1000 workers from Jiangdu District,Yangzhou City,engaged in noise-related jobs and who underwent occupational health examinations from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Their occupational health examination data were collected to analyze the incidence of occupational noise-induced deafness and its influencing factors.Results There were significant differences in incidence rate of occupational noise deafness among noise-exposed workers of different ages,length of service,enterprise scale,enterprise economic type,enterprise industry type,family history of hearing impairment,hypertension,and diabetes(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,length of service,family history of hearing impairment,business type,business economic type,business scale,hypertension,diabetes were independent influencing factors for occupational noise deafness(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,length of service,family history of hearing impairment,type of business,economic type of business,size of business,hypertension and diabetes are independent risk factors for occupational noise deafness.In order to effectively prevent occupational noise induced hearing loss,it is necessary to develop scientific and systematic management strategies for these triggering factors.
