无锡市基于“新概念”的某污水处理厂工艺设计

Process Design of a Sewage Treatment Plant Based on the“New Concept”Approach in Wuxi

摘要 为解决无锡惠山工业转型集聚区进驻企业的排水问题,同时接纳部分街道生活污水、工业废水及农村纳管新增污水,建设某污水处理厂,其设计规模为2.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d。针对传统污水处理厂存在的高能耗、资源回收不足、新污染物处理能力欠缺等弊端,按照“水质永续、能量自给、资源回收、环境友好”的建设理念(“新概念”),采用“预处理+预缺氧AAOAO生化组合池+硫自养反硝化池/反硝化深床滤池+炭加载多效澄清池+臭氧接触氧化”工艺,设计出水主要指标执行地表水准Ⅳ类标准,同时强化深度处理工艺以满足未来水环境变化和水资源可持续利用的需要。通过构筑物的高度组合克服用地紧张的限制,并通过池顶加盖设置光伏板践行“双碳”理念。实践证明,硫自养反硝化池出水TN稳定在3 mg/L以下,总出水COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP分别稳定在30、0.1、7、0.1 mg/L以下,优于设计标准。 A sewage treatment plant with a designed capacity of 2.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d was constructed in Wuxi to address the drainage challenges faced by enterprises in the Huishan Industrial Transformation Agglomeration Area,and to collect domestic sewage as well as industrial wastewater from local streets,and additional sewage from rural areas connected to the sewer system.The project adopted the“new concept”design philosophy emphasizing sustainable water quality,energy self-sufficiency,resource recovery,and environmental compatibility in response to the limitations of conventional wastewater treatment plants,including high energy consumption,limited resource recovery,and inadequate capacity to address emerging contaminants.The treatment process integrated pretreatment,a pre-anoxic AAOAO biochemical combined tank,a sulfur autotrophic denitrification tank/denitrification deep bed filter,a carbon-loaded multi-effect clarifier,and ozonation.The effluent was designed to meet surface water quality quasi-classⅣlimit.Furthermore,the advanced treatment process was enhanced to accommodate future changes in aquatic environments and support the sustainable use of water resources.The highlevel integration of the structures addressed the constraints associated with limited land availability,while the“dual carbon”objective was implemented through the installation of photovoltaic panels on the rooftop of the facility.Practical operational data demonstrated that the effluent TN from the sulfur autotrophic denitrification tank remained stably below 3 mg/L,while the COD,NH_(3)-N,TN,and TP in the effluent consistently maintained below 30 mg/L,0.1 mg/L,7 mg/L,and 0.1 mg/L,respectively,which was lower than the design limit specified in the standard.
