摘要
目的调查海岛医院医疗设备整体运行情况,总结设备管理短板,并提出可行的应对方法。方法采用整体抽样法,2022年3月至6月对某海岛医院200台/件主力设备进行状态统计和分析,并使用自编设备运行情况问卷对从事过该海岛医院医疗设备使用和管理的人员进行调研,获得39份合格问卷。采用SPSS 20.0软件对设备状态和问卷调查结果进行描述性统计分析。结果本次调研中的海岛医院医疗设备老化腐蚀率为42.00%(84/200),闲置率为71.00%(142/200),常用设备故障率为36.00%(72/200),反复发生故障的设备占12.00%(24/200)。问卷调查结果显示,在后续海岛医院设备配置方面须着重考虑目标产品的性能稳定性,同时,人员轮换频繁带来的设备管理问题是当前最需要补足的短板。结论海岛医院医疗设备闲置率、老化腐蚀率及常用设备故障率较高,可通过制定设备管理制度进行克服。
Objective To investigate the overall operation status of medical equipment of a certain hospital stationed on island,summarize the shortcomings of equipment management,and propose feasible solutions.Methods The cluster sampling method was used for monitoring and statistic analysis on the operation status of 200 units/pieces of core equipment of a certain hospital stationed on island from March to June 2022.A self-designed questionnaire on equipment operation status was used to investigate the personnel involved in operating and managing medical equipment of the hospital.A total of 39 valid questionnaires were obtained.SPSS 20.0 software was questionnaire results.Results The aging/corrosion rate of medical equipment was 42.00%(84/200),the idle rate was used for descriptive statistics based on the equipment status and 71.00%(142/200),the failure rate of frequently used equipment was 36.00%(72/200),and the proportion of equipment that repeatedly malfunctioned was 12.00%(24/200).Questionnaire results indicated that the performance stability of the target product should be prioritized in the subsequent equipment replenishment and installation.Additionally,the equipment management problems caused by frequent personnel rotation remains the most critical deficiency requiring immediate remediation.Conclusion The idle rate,aging/corrosion rate,and failure rate of commonly used medical equipment on island are high,which can be addressed through establishing an equipment management system.
