基于数字化“投建营”一体化全流程智能协同技术研究

摘要 文章探讨了基于数字化的“投建营”一体化全流程智能协同技术。通过运营前置驱动、数字孪生技术、收益共享机制和并行工程理论,实现项目管理的高效协同与优化。研究应用全寿命周期成本(LCC)模型、模糊综合评价体系和碳足迹追踪模型,评估项目的经济、社会和环境效益。研究表明,数字化技术与创新模式有效提升了“投建营”一体化的实施效果,推动了项目的可持续发展。 In this paper,the intelligent collaborative technology of the entire process of“investment,construction and operation”integration based on digitalization was studied and discussed.Through operation-driven approaches,digital twin technology,revenue-sharing mechanisms,and concurrent engineering theories,efficient collaboration and optimization of project management are achieved.The research applies the life cycle cost(LCC)model,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system and the carbon footprint tracking model to assess the economic,social and environmental benefits of the project.Research shows that digital technologies and innovative models have effectively enhanced the implementation effect of the“investment,construction and operation”integration and promoted the sustainable development of projects.
