目前,电气及自动化仪表被广泛应用于不同行业的日常生产建设中,工业控制也逐渐成为现代制造业生产的主要发展方向。将电气及自动化仪表应用到工业控制中,能够实现数据的实时监测与控制。根据电气设备的反馈动作优化工业控制自动化水平,提升生产效率与质量。文章对工业控制中的电气及自动化仪表优化设计进行分析,旨在为现代制造业的发展提供基础支持。
Electrical and automation instruments are now widely adopted in daily production across various industries,with industrial control emerging as a key development direction for modern manufacturing.Their integration into industrial control systems enables real-time data monitoring and precise regulation.By optimizing industrial automation through feedback mechanisms from electrical equipment,these instruments significantly enhance production efficiency and product quality.This paper analyzes the design optimization of electrical and automation instruments in industrial control systems,aiming to provide foundational support for advancing modern manufacturing practices.
