This study analyzes the teaching effect of the Case-Based Study(CBS)-Reference-Induced Self-Education(RISE)teaching model in clinical teaching of neurology.A total of 66 interns from Anning First People’s Hospital Affliated to Kunming University of Science and Technology were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 33 interns in each group. The control group adopted the conventional teaching model, while the observation group implemented the CBS-RISE teaching model. The teaching effects of the two groups of interns were compared. The results showed that the theoretical knowledge score of the observation group and the practical operation score, both higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher score in the Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-CEX).Additionally,the total teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study concludes that the application of the CBS-RISE teaching model in clinical teaching of neurology has important value in improving teaching effect and teaching satisfaction.
