摘要
探析在孤立性肺结节影像诊断中多排螺旋CT扫描并多平面重建(multi-planar reconstruction,MPR)的临床应用价值。研究时间为2024年2月—2025年2月,选取苏州明基医院收治的96例孤立性肺结节患者为研究对象,均行多排螺旋CT检查,并对图像进行MPR重建处理,以病理检查结果为金标准,总结分析检查结果。结果显示,多排螺旋CT扫描并MPR的诊断效能明显高于CT轴位图像(P<0.05);良性与恶性孤立性肺结节多排螺旋CT扫描并MPR的图像特征比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多排螺旋CT扫描并MPR检查,良性与恶性孤立性肺结节图像质量评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,在孤立性肺结节影像诊断中多排螺旋CT扫描并MPR的应用效能较佳,通过对结节图像特征的分析,可鉴别良性与恶性孤立性肺结节。
This study investigates the clinical application value of multi-slice spiral CT scanning and multi-planar reconstruction(MPR)in the imaging diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules.The research was conducted from February 2024 to February 2025,involving 96 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules treated at Suzhou Mingji Hospital.All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT scanning,and the images were processed with MPR reconstruction.The pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to summarize and analyze the findings.The results showed that the diagnostic efficacy of multi-slice spiral CT scanning and MPR was significantly higher than that of CT axial images(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the image features of benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules on multi-slice spiral CT scanning and MPR(P<0.05).However,there was no statistical difference in the image quality scores of benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules after multi-slice spiral CT scanning and MPR(P>0.05).The study found that the application efficacy of multi-slice spiral CT scanning and MPR in the imaging diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules is good,and the analysis of nodule image features can distinguish between benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules.
