智慧医疗情境下患者体验测评工具的研究进展

摘要 随着智慧医疗革新医疗服务模式,精准测评患者体验成为评估服务成效与优化路径的关键。本文以智慧医疗场景为切入点,在明确患者体验概念的基础上,系统梳理了基于患者视角的各类体验测评工具。从主观体验测量维度,分析量表、问卷等工具对患者感受与满意度的捕捉方式;同时,阐述了用于收集患者对医疗保健系统内人员行为反馈的测评工具,总结其设计特点与应用价值,为智慧医疗服务质量提升提供参考。 With the innovation of smart healthcare in medical service models,precise assessment of patient experi-ence has become the key to evaluating service effectiveness and optimizing paths.This article takes the smart health-care scenario as the entry point and,on the basis of clarifying the concept of patient experience,systematically sorts out various experience evaluation tools from the perspective of patients.From the perspective of subjective experience measurement,analyze the ways in which tools such as scales and questionnaires capture patients'feelings and satis-faction;Meanwhile,the assessment tools used to collect patients'feedback on the behaviors of personnel within the healthcare system are expounded,and their design features and application values are summarized to provide a refer-ence for improving the quality of smart healthcare services.
