摘要
目的 分析在医疗设备档案管理中运用品管圈活动的管理效果。方法 2023年1—12月采用常规档案管理模式,选取应城市人民医院316份医疗设备档案,设为对照组;2024年1—12月采用品管圈活动管理,选取应城市人民医院320份医疗设备档案,设为观察组。比较两组档案差错发生率、管理满意度以及档案完整性。结果 观察组档案差错发生率低于对照组。观察组管理各维度满意度高于对照组。观察组档案内容完整、档案存放有序以及档案编号准确率分别为100.00%(320/320)、100.00%(320/320)、100.00%(320/320),均高于对照组的97.47%(308/316)、94.62%(299/316)、96.84%(306/316),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医疗设备档案管理中运用品管圈活动可确保档案完整性并降低档案差错发生率,档案管理人员满意度较高。
Objective To analyze the management effect of quality control circle activities in the management of medi-cal equipment archives.Methods From January to December 2023,316 medical equipment files in Yingcheng People's Hospital were selected as the control group by using the conventional file management mode.From January to December 2024,the quality control circle activity management was adopted,and 320 medical equipment files in Yingcheng People's Hospital were selected as the observation group.The incidence of file errors,management satisfac-tion and file integrity were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of file errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in all dimensions.The accuracy rates of complete file content,orderly file storage and file number in the observation group were 100.00%(320/320),100.00%(320/320)and 100.00%(320/320),respectively,which were higher than 97.47%(308/316),94.62%(299/316)and 96.84%(306/316)in the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quality control circle activities in the man-agement of medical equipment files can ensure the integrity of files and reduce the incidence of file errors,and the sat-isfaction of file managers is high.
