摘要
目的 探究PDCA循环法在导管介入科临床管理中的作用。方法 选择2022年1月—2023年12月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院导管介入科16名医护人员作为研究对象,按照时间和管理方式分组,2023年1—12月开展PDCA循环法管理为观察组,2022年1—12月实施常规管理为对照组,对比两组工作质量及医护人员满意度。结果 观察组工作质量总分为(95.70±2.26)分,高于对照组的(92.31±2.53)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.997,P<0.05)。观察组工作环境、管理机制、职业发展、团队协作、患者服务与管理及满意度总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在导管介入科临床管理中开展PDCA循环法管理,有助于提高工作质量,提高护理操作规范性,提高医护人员满意度。
Objective To explore the role of the PDCA cycle method in the clinical management of the catheter inter-ventional department.Methods Sixteen medical staff members from the Department of Catheter Interventional of Shandong Yiyang Health Group Zibo Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research sub-jects.They were grouped according to time and management methods.Those who received PDCA cycle management from January to December 2023 were assigned to the observation group,and those who received routine management from January to December 2022 were assigned to the control group.Compared the work quality of the two groups and the satisfaction of medical staff.Results The total score of work quality in the observation group was 95.70±2.26,which was higher than 92.31±2.53 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.997,P<0.05).The scores of working environment,management mechanism,career development,teamwork,patient service and management,and total satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical management of the catheter-ization intervention department,the implementation of the PDCA cycle management method is conducive to improving the quality of work,enhancing the standardization of nursing operations,and increasing the satisfaction of medical staff.
