摘要
目的探讨计划-实施-检查-处理(plan-do-check-action,PDCA)循环管理法在医院病历质量管理工作中的应用。方法抽取2023年6—12月阳信县人民医院20名病历管理人员为研究对象,2023年6—9月实施常规管理法进行病历质量管理工作为对照组,2023年10—12月采取PDCA循环管理法进行质量管理工作为观察组,分别选取162份病历。比较两组问题发生次数变化情况、重点质控病历平均成绩、管理满意度。结果观察组问题病历占比率为8.02%(13/162),低于对照组的24.69%(40/162),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.445,P<0.05)。观察组重点质控病历平均成绩高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组管理满意度高于对照组。结论医院病历实施PDCA循环管理法进行质量管理工作效果确切,能够有效减少问题发生次数,提高病历管理效果及管理满意度。
Objective To explore the application of plan-do-check-action(PDCA)cycle management method in the quality management of hospital medical records.Methods From June to December 2023,twenty medical record man⁃agers in Yangxin County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.From June to September 2023,the routine management method was used for medical record quality management as the control group.From October to December 2023,PDCA cycle management method was used for quality management as the observation group,and 162 medical records were selected respectively.The changes in the number of problems,the average scores of key quality control medical records,and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of problem medical records in the observation group was 8.02%(13/162),which was lower than 24.69%(40/162)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.445,P<0.05).The average scores of key qual⁃ity control cases in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management method in hospital medical records is effective in quality management,which can effectively reduce the number of problems,improve the effect of medical records man⁃agement and management satisfaction.
