摘要
3-氰基吡唑是一种重要的含氰基的五元杂环化合物,其分子结构中同时具备吡唑环的刚性骨架和氰基的高反应活性,赋予了该类化合物独特的理化性质和广泛的生物活性。近年来,3-氰基吡唑及其衍生物在医药领域通过不同的作用机制,展现出显著的抗炎及抗菌活性等。文章系统综述了近5年内以3-氰基吡唑为母核的衍生物在医药领域应用进展,旨在相关学者能够更便捷地了解3-氰基吡唑衍生物的研究现状和价值。未来研究可进一步探索3-氰基吡唑的新型衍生化方法,拓展其应用边界,为开发更高活性和选择性的功能分子奠定基础。
3-Cyanopyrazole is an important five-membered heterocyclic compound containing cyano group.Its molecular structure has both the rigid skeleton of pyrazole ring and the high reactivity of cyano group,which endows this kind of compound with unique physical and chemical properties and wide biological activity.In recent years,3-cyanopyrazole and its derivatives have shown significant anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities through different mechanisms of action in the pharmaceutical field.This paper systematically reviews the application progress of derivatives with 3-cyanopyrazole as the parent nucleus in the field of medicine in the past five years,aiming to make it easier for relevant scholars to understand the research status and value of 3-cyanopyrazole derivatives.Future research can further explore new derivatization methods of 3-cyanopyrazole,expand its application boundary,and lay a foundation for the development of functional molecules with higher activity and selectivity.
