加压流体萃取/气相色谱-质谱法测定土壤中3,3’-二氯联苯胺的不确定度影响分析

摘要 以加压流体萃取/气相色谱-质谱法测定土壤中3,3’-二氯联苯胺为例,对测定过程中影响测量不确定度的因素进行系统分析,并对各不确定度分量进行计算和合成评定。结果表明,加压流体萃取/气相色谱-质谱法测定土壤中3,3’-二氯联苯胺的不确定度影响因素主要是正确度和校准曲线拟合,其次是样品的重复测定,标准溶液定值与试样定容带入的不确定度相对较小。当土壤中3,3’二氯联苯胺测定浓度为1.24 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.29 mg/kg,相对扩展不确定度为23.3%(k=2,置信区间为95%)。 Taking the determination of 3,3’-dichlorobenzidine in soil by pressurized fluid extraction/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry as an example,a systematic analysis was conducted on the factors affecting the measurement uncertainty in the determination process.The calculation and combined evaluation of various uncertainty components were carried out.The results indicated that the main sources of uncertainty in the measurement of 3,3’-dichlorobenzidine in soil by this method were trueness and calibration curvefitting,followed by repeat measurements of the sample.The uncertainties introduced by the quantification of standard solutions and the volumetric preparation of samples were relatively minor.When the measured concentration of 3,3’-dichlorobenzidine in soil was 1.24 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.29 mg/kg,and the relative expanded uncertainty was 23.3%(k=2,confidence level of 95%).
