摘要
为探究广东珠三角地区鳜源需氧菌药物敏感性变化,基于流行病学调查,采集10处疫病养殖场共计109尾病料,记录病变情况,并通过基质辅助激光解吸附飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)完成病原菌谱系鉴定。采用生化鉴定及琼脂稀释法测定11种抗菌药物的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,经MALDI-TOF MS鉴定的227株分离菌包括19个菌群,对比健康鱼分离鉴定结果,病鱼样本中共分离出8类需氧菌。MIC结果显示,8类需氧菌对恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、氟苯尼考的敏感性明显下降。指出,珠江三角洲水产养殖生态系统中抗菌药物的密集使用,导致鳜源菌群药物敏感性降低,以及鳜源需氧菌耐药性加速进化。
To investigate the changes in drug sensitivity of aerobic bacteria in mandarin fish sources in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province,based on epidemiological investigations,a total of 109 diseased samples were collected from 10 disease breeding farms,and the disease conditions were recorded.Pathogen lineage identification was completed through matrix assisted laser desorption time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS).Biochemical characterization and agar dilution methods were employed to determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of 11 antimicrobial agents.Results showed that 227 bacterial isolates identified by MALDI-TOF MS comprised 19 bacterial groups.Compared with isolates obtained from healthy fish,eight categories of aerobic bacteria were recovered from diseased samples.MIC testing revealed that these eight bacterial categories exhibited a marked decline in susceptibility to enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,and florfenicol.These findings indicate that the intensive use of antimicrobials in aquaculture ecosystems of the Pearl River Delta has reduced the drug susceptibility of S.chuatsi-associated bacterial communities and accelerated the evolution of antimicrobial resistance among aerobic bacteria isolated from mandarin fish.
