摘要
在新时代职业教育高质量发展的背景下,高职学生生涯教育正从单一的就业指导转向综合素质与可持续发展能力的全面培育。服饰文化作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,其蕴含丰富的审美价值、礼仪规范与职业象征意义,具有可融入生涯教育的独特优势。因此,文章深入探讨了服饰文化融入高职学生生涯教育的价值,进一步分析了当前服饰文化融入高职教育面临的挑战,由此提出了具有针对性的实践路径,以期为高职院校生涯教育改革提供一定的理论支持与实践参考,推动学生全面发展与职业成长。
In the context of high-quality development of higher vocational education in the new era,career education for higher vocational college students is shifting from single employment guidance to comprehensive cultivation of comprehensive qualities and sustainable development abilities.As an important component of excellent traditional Chinese culture,clothing culture contains rich aesthetic values,etiquette norms,and professional symbolic meanings,and has unique advantages in integrating into career education.Therefore,the article deeply explores the value of integrating clothing culture into the career education of higher vocational college students,further analyzes the challenges faced by the integration of clothing culture in current higher vocational education,and proposes targeted practical paths to provide theoretical support and practical references for the reform of career education in higher vocational colleges,and promote students’comprehensive development and career growth.
