摘要
为筛选适宜屏南县种植的优质、丰产、抗病、稳定的花椰菜品种,引进黄金88天、禾峰80天、白美人80天等6个品种,以当地春季主栽品种白玉80天作对照(CK)开展比较试验,分析比较各品种的生育期、植物学性状、商品性状、产量与经济效益。结果表明,各品种生育期65~82 d,均为松散型,整齐度良好。每1 hm^(2)产量以禾峰80天最高,黄金88天次之,分别为36 418 kg、35 218 kg。其中,黄金88天花球颜色为黄,口感脆嫩香甜,种植过程中无需盖花,比普通品种省工;黄金88天、禾峰80天分别比白玉80天增收8.7%和6.4%,适宜在屏南县作为中熟品种推广。
In order to screen out high-quality,high-yield,disease-resistant and stable cauliflower cultivars suitable for planting in Pingnan county,six cultivars including Golden 88tian,Hefeng 80tian and Baimeiren 80tian were introduced,the local spring main cultivar Baiyu 80tian was used as the control to carry out the comparative test.The growth period,botanical traits,commercial traits,yield and economic benefits of each cultivar were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the growth period of each cultivar was 65-82 days,all of which were loose and had good uniformity.The yield per 1 hm^(2) of Hefeng 80tian was the highest,followed by Golden 88tian,which was 36418 kg and 35218 kg,respectively.The flower ball of Golden 88tian was yellow,the flavor was crispy and sweet,and there was not need to cover the flower during the planting process,which was more labor-saving than ordinary cultivars.The benefits of Golden 88tian and Hefeng 80tian increased by 8.7%and 6.4%respectively compared with that of Baiyu 80tian,which were suitable for promotion as mid-maturing cultivars in Pingnan county.
