摘要
城乡融合发展是中国式现代化进程中的必然选择。系统观念是新时代全面深化改革必须贯彻的重要原则,有着深厚的马克思主义理论基础,也是长期以来中国共产党人推进城乡融合的重要工作方法。准确把握习近平总书记关于系统观念的重要论述,可助力实现全局性谋划、战略性布局、整体性推进城乡融合发展。目前,我国城乡融合发展仍面临着发展不平衡的挑战,要着力解决好城乡生态系统性建设、县域区域协同发展、城乡产业联动等方面的问题。坚持系统观念,以辩证思维处理好城乡融合发展中的重大关系,以协同发展打造城乡区域协调发展新样板,以多元主体协同汇聚城乡融合发展合力,以创新驱动城乡融合发展新动能,发挥改革整体效应,实现城乡共同繁荣。
Integrated urban and rural development is an inevitable choice in the process of Chinese path to modernization.The systems approach is an essential principle that must be implemented in deepening reform comprehensively in the new era.It has a profound Marxist theoretical foundation and has long been an important working method for the Communist Party of China in promoting integrated urban and rural development.Accurately grasping General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussions on the systems approach will allow for systematic,holistic planning,strategic layout,and integrated advancement of integrated urban and rural development.Currently,China's integrated urban and rural development still faces challenges of uneven development.Efforts should focus on addressing issues related to the systemic construction of urban-rural ecosystems,coordinated development of county-level regions,and industrial linkages between urban and rural areas.By adhering to the systems approach,dialectical thinking should be applied to properly handle the major relationships in integrated urban and rural development.Collaborative development should be used to create a new model of coordinated urban-rural regional development.The synergy of multiple stakeholders should be harnessed to gather momentum for integrated urban and rural development,and innovation should drive new forces for this development.By leveraging the overall effects of reform,the goal of common prosperity for urban and rural areas can be achieved.
