摘要
智能时代下,人工智能、大数据重构经管领域岗位结构,催生“数据素养+人机协作”的复合能力需求。基于多元协同视角,将经管类学生就业观划分为传统型、技术型、创新型三类,通过问卷调查与访谈,分析个体特征与外部环境对分层的影响,进而构建“政府政策分层供给—高校培养协同—企业需求对接—社会资源补充”的就业引导机制,为提升经管类学生就业质量提供实践路径。
In the intelligent era,artificial intelligence and big data are reshaping the job structure in the field of economics and management,giving rise to the demand for composite capabilities featuring"data literacy+human-machine collaboration".From the perspective of multi-dimensional collaboration,this study classifies the employment outlooks of economics and management students into three types:traditional,technical,and innovative.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,it analyzes the impact of individual characteristics and external environment on this classification,and further constructs a guidance mechanism of"hierarchical supply of government policies-collaborative cultivation by universities-docking with enterprise needs-supplementation of social resources",so as to provide practical paths for improving the employment quality of economics and management students.
