摘要
目的:探讨乌梅丸加减联合射频治疗寒热错杂型原发性痛经(primary dysmenorrhea, PD)的临床疗效。方法:选取寒热错杂型PD患者70例,将其随机分为治疗组(35例,脱落3例)和对照组(35例,脱落1例)。治疗组予以乌梅丸加减联合射频治疗,对照组予以口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale, VAS)、子宫动脉血流动力学[子宫动脉搏动指数(pulsatility index, PI)、子宫动脉阻力指数(resistance index, RI)]、中医证候积分的变化,并评价其综合疗效和远期疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.63%(29/32),明显高于对照组的70.59%(24/34),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组疼痛VAS评分、PI、RI、中医证候积分、治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌梅丸加减联合射频治疗能够有效减轻经期疼痛,改善盆腔微循环及临床症状,疗效优于布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified Wumei pills combined with radiofre-quency therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(PD)with intermingled heat and cold.Methods:A total of 70 PD patients with intermingled heat and cold were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group(35 pa-tients,among whom 3 were lost to follow-up)and control group(35 patients,among whom 1 was lost to follow-up).The patients in the treatment group were given modified Wumei pills combined with radiofrequency therapy,and those in the control group were given oral administration of ibuprofen sustained-release capsules.The two groups were compared in terms of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)of pain score,uterine artery hemodynamics(pulsatility index and resistance index),and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score before and after treatment,and overall response and long-term outcome were assessed for both groups.Results:The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group[90.63%(29/32)vs 70.59%(24/34),P<0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant changes in VAS of pain score,PI,RI,and TCM syndrome score,and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Wumei pills combined with radiofrequency therapy can effectively alleviate pain during men-struation and improve pelvic microcirculation and clinical symptoms,with a better clinical effect than ibuprofen sus-tained-release capsules and a positive clinical significance.
