摘要
目的观察槿柏洗剂联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏在小儿头癣中的应用效果。方法将100例小儿头癣患儿按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组50例予萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外涂,观察组50例在对照组基础上加用槿柏洗剂外洗,2组均干预4周。记录并比较2组临床疗效、头皮症状消退时间、真菌学转阴率、儿童皮肤病生活质量指数(CDLQI)及家属满意度。结果观察组总有效率94.00%(47/50),对照组总有效率72.00%(36/50),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各症状消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),真菌学转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组干预后CDLQI评分均较本组干预前降低(P<0.05),且观察组干预后低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论槿柏洗剂联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗小儿头癣可显著加快症状消退,改善患儿生活质量,提高家属满意度,疗效优于单用萘替芬酮康唑乳膏。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Jinbai External Washing Prescription combined with naftifine–ketoconazole cream in pediatric tinea capitis.Methods In this randomized study,100 cases of pediatric tinea capitis were allocated to two groups(n=50 each).The control group received topical naftifine–ketoconazole cream,while the observation group received the same regimen plus Jinbai External Washing Prescription.Both interventions were administered for 4 weeks.Endpoints included overall clinical response(overall response rate),time to resolution of scalp symptoms,mycological negativity rate,Children's Dermatology Life Quality Index(CDLQI),and caregiver satisfaction.Results The observation group achieved a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group(94.0%[47/50]vs 72.0%[36/50],P<0.05).Symptom resolution significantly occurred faster in the observation group across measured scalp symptoms(P<0.05),and the mycological negativity rate was superior(P<0.05).CDLQI scores significantly decreased from baseline in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),with significantly lower post-treatment scores in the observation group versus control group(P<0.05).Caregiver satisfaction was also significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinbai external washing prescription combined with naftifine–ketoconazole cream significantly accelerates symptom relief,enhances patient quality of life,and improves caregiver satisfaction in pediatric tinea capitis,outperforming monotherapy with naftifine–ketoconazole cream.
