摘要
公众国家安全感作为安全感的重要组成部分,不仅是衡量国家安全效能与社会稳定态势的关键指标,还是国家安全治理能力现代化的重要标尺。根据框架理论,本文采用调查实验法,尝试发现叙事框架和叙事媒介如何对公众国家安全感产生影响。研究发现:叙事框架会对公众国家安全感产生影响。国家视角和个人视角叙事框架以及视频视角和文字视角叙事媒介干预下的公众国家安全感都显著高于控制组;相比文字型叙事媒介,视频型叙事框架能更显著地提升公众的国家安全感;视频型叙事媒介的效果会受到媒体关注度的调节,即公众对官方媒体关注度较低时,实验干预会更为显著地提升其国家安全感。本研究主张将国家安全教育作为撬动公众国家安全感跃升的关键支点,并提出“三位一体”策略:灵活运用宏观和微观叙事视角以增强情感共鸣,应用新兴技术以拓展覆盖面与教育效能,强化官方媒体引领以保障正面导向,以此切实提升公众的国家安全感,筑牢全民国家安全防线。
security efficacy and social stability dynamics,not only reflects the people’s sense of happiness,fulfillment,and security,but also constitutes a key indicator of the national security governance system.Grounded in framework theory,this study employs a survey experiment to investigate how the narrative framework influences the public perception of national security.This study confirms the influence of the narrative framework on the latter.Under national and personal narrative frameworks as well as video and text-based narrative media,the public perception is significantly higher than those in the control group.In contrast to text-based narrative media,the videobased narrative framework can enhance the public perception more significantly.The effect of video-based narrative media is moderated by media attention,i.e.when public attention to official media is relatively low,experimental intervention will affect the public perception of the national security more significantly.Proposing national security education as a crucial lever for elevating the public perception of national security,this study recommends a tripartite strategy:(1)leveraging flexible narrative perspectives to enhance engagement;(2)applying emerging technologies to expand educational outreach and efficacy;(3)strengthening the guiding role of official media to ensure positive orientation and information integrity.This systematic approach aims to tangibly strengthen the public perception of national security and construct a robust national security defense line rooted in broad public participation.
