坦桑尼亚STEM教育的现状、挑战及展望

摘要 聚焦坦桑尼亚桑给巴尔自治区的STEM教师教育,探讨了中坦两国日益深化的战略合作伙伴关系及其在教育领域的实践路径。中坦合作助力知识经济建设、激发创新潜力及培养具有全球竞争力的实用型人才。在桑给巴尔将蓝色经济确立为战略重点的背景下,大力发展STEM教育显得尤为重要。通过系统化培养具备现代教学能力的高素质教师队伍,中坦合作有望有效缩小桑给巴尔教育质量差距,缓解城乡和性别之间的不平等,促进课堂教学与现实需求的紧密结合。 This article focuses on STEM teacher education in the Zanzibar Autonomous Region of Tanzania,exploring the deepening strategic partnership between China and Tanzania and its practical pathways in the field of education.China-Tanzania cooperation aids in building a knowledge-based economy,stimulates potential for innovation,and cultivates globally competitive,skilled professionals.Against the backdrop of Zanzibar establishing the blue economy as a strategic priority,the vigorous development of STEM education is particularly important.Through the systematic cultivation of high-quality teachers with modern teaching capabilities,China-Tanzania cooperation is expected to effectively narrow the educational quality gap in Zanzibar,alleviate urban-rural and gender disparities,and promote the close integration of classroom teaching with real-world needs.
