摘要
目的 探索基于翻转课堂的放射肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)课程建设。方法 选择2023—2024学年在华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院放射肿瘤科住培的住院医师作为研究对象,开展“放射肿瘤前沿文献分享-基于翻转课堂模式的晨间课堂”课程,并根据课程设计展开多维课程评价。结果 该课程参与度达到73.72%,住院医师及指导医师课程满意度分别为89.83%和93.34%,住院医师和指导医师均认为该课程提高了住院医师的知识水平、科研思维、自主学习能力和学习兴趣。参与课程的住院医师出科考核成绩高于往年同期未参与本课程的住院医师(P<0.01)。结论 基于翻转课堂建设的放射肿瘤科住培课程获得了指导医师及住院医师的广泛认可和较好的教学效果。
Objective To propose an exploration of radiation oncology residency curriculum construction based on the flipped classroom model.Methods Residents undergoing radiation oncology residency training in the academic year of 2023 to 2024 in Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected as the research subjects.A course titled"Radiation Oncology Frontier Literature Sharing-Morning Classroom Based on the Flipped Classroom Model"was conducted for these residents,and a multidimensional course evaluation was carried out according to the course design.Results The participation rate in the course constructed by this study reached 73.72%,with satisfaction rates of 89.83%for residents and 93.34%for instructing physicians.Both residents and instructing physicians agreed that the course improved students’knowledge level,scientific thinking,autonomous learning ability,and interest in learning.The exit examination scores of residents who participated in the course were higher than those of the control group who did not participate in the course in previous years(P<0.01).Conclusion The radiation oncology residency course"Radiation Oncology Frontier Literature Sharing-Morning Classroom Based on the Flipped Classroom Model"gains widespread recognition from instructing physicians and residents and can achieve good teaching outcomes.
