摘要
基于失效分析视角,针对某亚临界锅炉屏式过热器泄漏事故,通过宏观形貌观察、光谱成分检测、金相组织表征及力学性能测试等多维度诊断技术,揭示了失效机理。结果表明:TP304H管因长期高温服役诱发晶间腐蚀开裂,引发蒸汽泄漏并逐级吹损邻近管段;相邻管圈出汽侧因流量骤降导致短时超温,管材发生蠕变胀粗及材质劣化,最终引发过热爆管。针对泄漏原因提出管材固溶强化、水质优化及同工况管系筛查等防控策略,为亚临界机组高温承压部件可靠性提升提供理论支撑。
Based on the perspective of failure analysis,the leakage accident of the screen superheater in Boiler No.1 of a certain thermal power plant is investigated.Through multi-dimensional diagnostic techniques such as macroscopic morphology observation,spectral composition detection,metallographic structure characterization,and mechanical property testing,the failure mechanism is revealed.The results show that the TP304H tubes suffered intergranular corrosion cracking due to long-term high-temperature service,causing steam leakage and gradually damaging the adjacent tube sections.The steam outlet side of the adjacent tube circles experienced a sudden drop in flow rate,resulting in short-term overheating,creep swelling,and material degradation of the tubes,ultimately leading to superheater tube burst.In response to the leakage causes,strategies such as solid solution strengthening of the tubes,water quality optimization,and screening of the tube system under the same working conditions are proposed for prevention and control,providing theoretical support for improving the reliability of high-temperature pressure-bearing components in subcritical units.
