摘要
对昆钢1号高炉冷却系统升级改造及生产效果进行了阐述。2022年10月,1号高炉有23块冷却壁破损,主要集中在9段,破损的原因主要是炉况稳定性不好、高温烧蚀(或熔蚀)和冷却壁晶相组织发生变化。利用空料线降料面喷涂的机会,对冷却系统进行了升级改造,将9段冷却壁的材质改为铜钢结合,取消蛇形管。改造后的1号高炉操作炉型合理,中部冷却系统调节方便,煤气利用率始终保持在46.5%以上,铁水温度1480℃以上,[Si]降低到0.3%以下,工序能耗降低到380kgce/t以内。
It is introduced the upgrading of cooling system of Kunming Steel No.1 BF and its result.In October 2022,twenty-three cooling staves of the furnace are found damaged,mainly in the section 9.The damage is caused primarily by unstable furnace condition,high-temperature erosion(or melting erosion),and changes of the microstructure of the cooling staves.Therefore,the cooling system is upgraded by taking the opportunity that the furnace stops charging for relining with stockline lowered,and the job focuses on changing the stave material of section 9 to copper-steel composite and removing the coiled pipes.After upgrading,the furnace operating profile becomes proper,the cooling system in the middle part of the furnace can be adjusted easily,the gas utilization rate stabilizesat above 46.5%,hot metal temperature rises toabove 1480℃,[Si]content in the hot metal fallsto below 0.3%,and process energy consumption reduces to below 380kgce/t.
